delicious modern pale ale here, collaboration with yakima chief, mosaic and nectaron cryo, very low bitterness, unfiltered looking but not a hazy, honey colored and radiant in the glass with an average white head on top and lots of carbonation, magically fresh and pungent in the nose, oily and slick and intense with an early hoppy start to it, pineapples and peaches, morning smoothie level fruit intensity, white wine grapes, pears, apples, and dried mango and apricot, just awesome, faint dankness here too, nothing green at all. the flavor is just as good as the nose, insane freshness to it, and a more intense nectaron profile than i am used to with the cryo, deeply juicy yellow peach, slightly sweet there for a second but not from grain, which is simple and pale in this, out of the way for sure adding just an average medium body to this, this beer is unremarkable in terms of malt. i get subtle green strawberry, sliced orange, and peach candy, this is really flavorful and good, and for how hoppy it is, its crazy how little bitterness is here at the end, even at temperature, must be the cryo effect. smooth to drink on, lovely oily hop linger, herbal without being in any way vegetal, and for being so bold, i could drink this all day. right on the money, great hop profile and freshness in an otherwise simple brew. nice!
