Brewing practices have become increasingly complex and complicated as new ingredients and methods have been introduced. With this beer we have taken a step in the opposite direction. In efforts to keep it simple, this SMASH beer features pale malt and Lotus hops. That's it! Enjoy

Central Waters Simplicity DIPA, 9.2% ABV. Pours clearish golden, with a 5+ finger light-yellow head on an aggressive pour, leaving great lacing. Aroma is fruity and malty. Taste is fruity, moderate sweetness, equally bitter, can taste the alcohol on the close. Decent mouthfeel, good carbonation, slightly dry. Overall excellent.

enjoyed from a 12oz can. no date code that I could find. Lotus Hops.
Look: Transparent dark gold body with white head. Short head but hangs on for a long time leaving fine lacing
Smell: Sweet malt, then tropical fruit and a faint spice note.
Taste: Fruit/berry then orange or orange vanilla next it turns to bitter citrus with a light touch of pine. There is a faint lingering after taste that is sweet berry. Beer starts out sweet then gets bitter.
ABV is well hidden.
Slightly malty body
