The pour is motor oil black with a large amount of tan & frothy head of foam. The body is medium to heavy & on the taste I'm getting some medium to full viscosity, along with some bourbon barrel, roasted malt, dark chocolate, vanilla, & hints of caramel, coffee, & coconut. Moreover, the 10% abv drinks more like a 7.5% abv. Overall, this was another well made beer from one of my favorite Wisconsin breweries. Cheers! A (World Class)

Good pour, dark brown, but not too dark.
Good nose, a hint of the good flavor.
Delicious. Rating this not the first time I had it, but better than I remembered.
Really good flavor, great blend of sweetness, but slightly bitter.
Excellent beer.

Two Schulman’s Walk Into A Brewery pours black, with a small, tan, lacing head. The aroma is sweet, with extensive notes of bourbon. The flavor is sweeter, with lots and lots of bourbon and good, full-bodied stout. GOod feel. Overall, it's a great bourbon forward, sweeter stout.

T: Super smooth dark chocolate, sweet bourbon, vanilla, espresso, cream, crème brûlée, and a touch of oak.
M: Heavy body. Soft and coating feel. Extremely smooth with layers of dark sweetness. Lingers and matures nicely on the palate.
