Listed by the bar I had it at as brewed by Central Waters. There is another Dampf Loc listed, by a brewery that has apparently collaborated with CW before. If the same beer, please combine listings.
Served in 12oz tulip. Poured a hazy dull copper color with 3/4 inch of just off-white head that had decent retention and lacing. The aroma was a subdued grain scent, with just a hint of yeast in the background. On the tongue the beer had a sweetness that didn't show up in the nose. The beer had a basic grainy malt taste, with that slight yeast tang.
The body was nicely full and smooth, with a somewhat surprisingly dry finish. Drinkability was good, the beer went down smooth and easy, and I'll probably have a couple more while the keg is on tap. Overall, a nice enough brew, one that I enjoyed. Probably worth a shot if you see it.
