(5 oz taster pour, then a full proper pint at the brewery last week)
wasn't terribly sure about this at first but, by the final sip, immediately wanted a full pour (my only full pour during that visit... like most of their other offerings, a little too clean, but not nearly short on depth, dimension, and expression of flavors... if I wanted a full pint, it might be something I'd drink on the regular... I recall it being a pale ochre hue and all types of dried grass, nutty grain, herbal-tinged, with no one note being dominant, a fortunate blend of contrasting subtlties... mild-moderate bitterness, meaning not too off-putting to hazebois who mistakenly order it... hope to try it again (2130)
