Canned on 7/13/23; consumed on 9/6/23
Pours a foggy, lemon-gold body capped with three fingers of fluffy, eggshell-white foam; solid head retention leaves a slight layer of cap, a modest ring of frothy collar, and limited spattering of webby/spotty lacing around the walls of the glass.
Aromas of lemon zest and floral perfume open, with accents of straw meeting a subtle minerality as a clean, soft breadiness lingers across the bouquet.
Taste offers lemondrop into subtle grassiness upfront, with wisps of white pepper and doughy yeast over the mid-palate fading to white toast overtones on the back end of the profile.
Mouthfeel brings a light body and a spritzy fluff of moderate carbonation; subdued texturing yields a slight, earthy bittering over the mid-palate and a modestly taut dryness into the finish.
Simple and delicate, wavering in florality and soft lemon zing; comprehensively mild and basic in quaffability.
