Rohrbach Watermelon Wheat is a clear pale straw colored beer with a white film of a head that leaves good lacing. It smells like tart wheat and watermelon. It is light and lively in the mouth, with a crisp finish. It doesn't taste sweet or dry. The watermelon is prominent, but balanced well with the wheat, which is lemony and tart. The bitterness is very light and just serves to zip up the finish. It's very clean tasting-- simple and quenching.
