It is well known that you should keep your wits about you when someone offers you a drink. This refreshing witbier is made with coriander and lemon peel. Mildly hazy with a very pleasant fruitiness that is capped by a great citrus zest at the finish.

On draught at the brewery,
Hazy straw colored pour with a decent head and some nice lacing initially.
The underlying toasted malt flavor carries the coriander and lemon peel quite nicely. Hops bitterness is mild.
It’s wintertime, I look forward to enjoying this one even more in a few months when the weather gets warmer.
