Inspired by domestic & regional lagers from around the world, the concept and philosophy of Circular Beer Co. is rooted in simplicity, consistency, and approachability. For the time being, we are focusing on the production of a single, flagship American Lager, aptly named, “Home.” Our signature beer is built upon a traditional base of American malt with a classic, yet subdued, European hop character. After a slow fermentation process, “Home” is then set to rest for an extended period of time to achieve its signature flavor and crisp profile.

Revisited July 02nd, 2023
Incredible difference in the appearance; still a clear, golden body but the head is very large, dense and lasting. The smell, taste and and mouthfeel attributes haven't really changed (in my judgement.
So, considering the fairly dramatic look change (for the better), I'm bumping the overall up, too.

Clear, golden body; modest carbonation presence; thin yet lasting head, white and sudsy. Very nice light malt grain tone on the nose; herbal grassiness. Mundane flavor; very light malt flavor; light to moderate hop bitterness; a touch of corn. Light to medium-light body; soft and velvety; light prickliness; semi-dry on the palate.
A decent yet mundane American lager.
Pouring temperature: 42 °F; canning info: 04/04/23
