A clean, well-balanced IPA that was easy to drink.

Tap pour served in a chilled snifter.
Partly cloudy, deep gold colored body. Longer lasting off white head. Partial walls of lacing.
Aroma is fruity and with some evergreen boughs.
Taste is full of evergreen resin, together with mint and an appearance of overripe fruit - peach and orange.
Medium mouth feel. Has a drying tug in the mouth. Very good carbonation.
Odd for style, and tastes more like medicine than a beer.

From my untapped review written on 5-21-2023. I gave it a 3.5 on UT
Fairly clear golden pour with a fluffy white head. Slight hop aroma. Up front it's somewhat sweet. The back the hops hit, starts off mellow, and builds. Not too bitter, but some bitterness. Smooth full body. Tasty.
