SUCCESSION Fermentory, LLC "Sheaf & Shield, V"
16 fl. oz. can; coding is illegible. Sampled on 09/03/2023
Notes via stream of consciousness: This is a Pilsner brewed with Loral hops. It's almost perfectly clear with just a slight haze, and straw gold in color beneath a short head of white foam. The aroma is grainy, grassy, and lightly floral and fruity. Not surprisingly the taste follows with some additional earthy and herbal character. A firm bitterness balances it and it finishes dry with some earth and herb lingering. In the mouth it's medium bodied and crisp. Except for the slight haze and a somewhat limited head retention and lacing it's an almost perfect Pilsner that's well worth trying.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
