On tap at the brewery, served in a pint glass.
Look: Opaque dark brown, with a half inch tan head with decent retention, reducing to a foam cap and lots of finely-bubbled lacing.
Nose: Vanilla and cotton candy, roasted malt underneath.
Taste: Different from the nose. I have to work to identify the flavor because it’s buried under the carbonation. I’m getting the vanilla, then the malt. The finish has a bitterness that approaches astringency.
Mouthfeel: Medium thick, but overcarbonated.
Overall: Because of the look and the nose, I really wanted to like this beer, but the flavor was disappointing. Probably wouldn’t order it again.

Super dark like a stout. A nice tan head.
Light cocoa nose.
Taste is slightly cocoa then coffee bitterness builds then fades. Nice porter. Smooth and delicious
