Barrel-Aged Marshmallow Humbaba

Bottle from the 1st anniversary release (approx 100 bottles). Pour is thicc and black with a dark head that dissipates quickly. The coffee and barrel and stout combo are producing a delicate spicy note that is reminding me of a cinnamon roll. The flavor doesn't exactly go there, but it is a delectable pastry of some kind. Finish has some heat, but not too much at any point.
