A light, approachable thirst quenching ale. Pilsner malt fermented with sparkling wine yeast gives a drier champagne finish while maintaining an intriguing flavour profile. Perfect for cloud gazing on a summer day.

Sampling a lightly chilled 473 ml can poured into my pilsner glass. I picked this up at the brewery in July and am drinking it after it was stored in my cellar or my fridge for the past month.
The beer pours a very pale straw yellow with a little haziness as it leaves the can. It is actually pretty clear in the glass, still very pale and sort of washed out gold. A frothy bleached white head foams up and overtops my glass even with a very gentle pour. I still have about 1/3 of the beer left in the can. the foam fades very quickly to almost nothing but a frothy surface covering, leaving scattered lattice as it fades down the glass. Very fine and very active streams of carbonation rise to the surface the entire sampling.
Aroma is some biscuity and crackery malt with a touch of lemon and some light bready yeast. No really any hop note and the nose is overall fairly mild.
First sip reveals a light body with thin texture and very fine tingly carbonation. The beer is very easy to drink on physical traits, and feels a little watery, but I think that fits for the style and low ABV.
Flavor is also light some tart lemony notes hit first and dry crackery flavor comes through next and leaves a bit of a general yeasty note after the swallow. No hops hints and the beer dries out my palate every sip.
Flavor is mild but good enough and tasty for a beer that is designed to be crushed and easy to consume.
Glad to have tried this one and add it to BA.
