Cold Springs Brewery is nestled in the rolling hills of Northumberland County, Ontario. Our mission is to promote small-scale, handcrafted food and drink production that embraces local and sustainable farming, preparation, and distribution. Ron Masil, the brewmaster since 2018, is passionate about delivering superb, distinctly recognizable brews using locally sourced ingredients and the freshest spring water.
