200ml in a snifter at Swiat Piwa in Krakow, where staff told me this was a good beer to showcase some local Polish hops.
Pours hazy pale yellow, with a fairly dense head, maybe one centimeter or so. Smell is interestingly fruity. Not sure what I would describe. Citrus and star fruit, light floral and lemongrass, vague melon. Taste is doubling down on the unfamiliar fruits. Gooseberry without bitterness? Honeydew with less sweetness? Spinach green bitterness? Very interesting, and I feel my experience is inconclusive and hampered by unfamiliarity. Mouthfeel is light, borderline watery. Very good, fascinating beer.
