Sometimes our brewers get crazy ideas, like blending two beer styles to create something truly unique. Here we to a classic Belgian Saison and hopped it like a New England style IPA. Root Shoot Pilsner and wheat form the basis of the insanity, and Mosaic hops add citrus, berry, and sweet fruit notes to the light esters from the Belgian yeast. Don't think too much about it or it might drive you mad!
