Pint in a mason jar with a handle, on tap at Chuck's Hop Shop Seward Park. Listed just as "Structures/Gold Dot Rauch Helles Lager"
Pours clear, dark gold, finger of head. Smell is moderate campfire and pecan. Maybe some sweetness underneath.
Taste is sweet and grainy up front, followed by a rush of smoke, finishing with lingering smoke and sweetness. Graininess comes out with more tastes.
Mouthfeel is very light and very dry. Overall, a very nice beer.
