Named in honor of the late Chris "Lappy" LaPierre. Lappy was one of my idols in Philly, and this French Country Saison is something I would be proud to share with him.
This four-grain saison includes wheat, barley, oats and spelt in the mash, and is hopped exclusively with French hops from the Alsace region. The aroma greets you with a zesty citrusy spice, a mix of black pepper and tangerine zest. There is a delicate green tea and wildgrass flavor, with a top note of lemon balm.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
