I had this beer on-tap in a clear plastic solo cup at the brewery in San Diego.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a dash of haze and a thin layer of ivory foam atop.
Smell: lightly sweet aroma with a very nice rice character. Smooth with some lightly grassy hops.
Taste: light sweetness with a sort of fresh, grassy, noble hop character. The rice character is nice, but there is a hint of diacetyl. Not terrible, but it's not totally clean.
Mouthfeel: light body with a bit carbonation and actually a pretty good creaminess.
Overall: not perfect, but overall a tasty and quaffable rice lager.
