On top of The Bruery in Anaheim California.
Pours, gold tinged, ripe peach color. Fluffy whitehead pumps up a finger so height slowly surrender, leaving a thin film. Good retention, mild, layered lacing.
Wow. Simcoe is showing her fruity side n the nose: berry, apricot, some citrus and more berry. Pine resin is last.
Flavor pops with the fruit even more. But the delivery is also due to a creamy mouthfeel. The grain bill really delivers.
