Malty · Aromatic · Chocolate - A deeper and darker version of its cousin the Hefeweizen, we used several wheat malts for added complexity along with loads of crystal and dextrin malts for extra body. Fermented at higher temp to stress the yeast and bring out those beautiful banana and clove aromas along with flavor notes of chocolate and honey in the finish make this beer Dangerously Delicious!

From a can purchased at the brewery, poured into a beer glass. A dark mahogany color with a generous head and some decent lacing.
Nose and flavor are of caramelized malt, rich chocolate notes complement the wheat and banana/clove yeast flavors well. Bitterness is mild. A delicious Dunkleweizen!
