Citrusy Tangy Bright: We brewed this recipe for two of our friend's weddings and decided to stick with the name as it fits the summertime description of a refreshing, dry, and very quaffable beer. Brewed with Wheat, Oats and Spring Barley for our version of this classic Belgian style.

Had this one on draught at the brewery.
A straw colored pour with a 1 finger head that dissipates and leaves little lacing.
The flavor is decent for the style. The toasted malt flavor is a bit subdued, and the hops dryness a bit more pronounced, and complements the yeast’s citrus flavor well.
