Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Resinous pine, citrus, herbal slightly grassy notes, underlying mix of berries with tropical and stone fruit, faintly floral, biscuity malt, and a touch of light caramel sweetness.
T: Lively citrus, lemon, grapefruit, and tangerine, resinous pine, underlying tropical and stone fruit, strawberry, mango, peach, apricot, blueberry, guava, passion fruit, and papaya, slightly dank herbal notes, floral hints, biscuity malt, and a little light caramel sweetness.
M: Just a touch on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, a bit chewy but still pretty crisp.
O: This one is hitting all the right notes for me. Great balance and depth of flavor. Really well done modern Westy.

Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the little De 'Proef' glass. Aromatic with melon, lime, and peach. Light body. Quite tangy and lemon tasting with a malty finish. Some sweetness which is soon lost in the bitter finish. Quite boldy flavored and I wish I could describe it better, but big hops and rather bitter. Another tasty and exuberant brew from Shred. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 12/12/24 with the slogan "Bubonic Chronic."
