Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Zesty citrus, green grassy notes, resinous pine, underlying tropical and stone fruit, floral hints, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Bright citrus, tangerine plus a little lemon and grapefruit, green herbal resinous pine, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, apricot, peach, mango, and a hint of pineapple, light grassy and floral notes, biscuity malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: I'm a sucker for Simcoe hops and this one does a great job of showing off what they can do. They even pulled out some flavors that you don't see too often, especially the citrus. Really good stuff.
