On tap at Shred Beer Co
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves plenty of thick lacing.
S: Like putting your nose right in the bag of hops. Green, dank, grassy, herbal, pine, citrus, zest, a little underlying tropical and stone fruit, crackery biscuity malt, and just a hint of sweetness.
T: Green, grassy, herbal, dank, zesty citrus, grapefruit, lemon, lime, and tangerine, resinous pine, wild mix of exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, blueberry, mango, gooseberry, passion fruit, apricot, white grape, and pineapple, crackery biscuity malt, and touch of sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp yet also faintly creamy.
O: Pure hoppy goodness, like walking through a hop yard in Yakima on a sunny day.
