Showcasing some of our favorite PNW Humulus Lupulus! We layered this one with heavy concentrations of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Strata hops. Intense flavors and aromas of passion fruit, navel orange, and doug fir.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Spicy slightly dank earthy herbal notes, resinous pine, zesty citrus, a touch grassy, a little underlying tropical and stone fruit, crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of sweetness.
T: Zesty citrus, lemon lime, grapefruit, and tangerine, resinous pine, spicy herbal notes, underlying tropical and stone fruit, peach, apricot, blueberry, passion fruit, mango, and guava, floral notes, a bit grassy, slightly crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: A little on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Drinks a little lighter than the last few Shred Westys I've had, but it still packs plenty of flavor. That hop combo brings a little bit of everything and it all plays nicely together. As it warmed the Strata really started to take the lead, but you could still taste the Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe contributions. Good stuff!
