Celebrate the harvest! This is our annual tribute to the most exciting time of year in the world of hops.
We started with a massive dose of fresh-picked Centennial hops, rushed straight off the bines from the fine folks Crosby Hops
We then built upon that vibrant, green foundation with a high-stakes dry hop of Simcoe, Nelson, and Nectaron. The result is a West Coast IPA that bridges the Pacific Northwest and the Southern Hemisphere—a wild symphony of wet pine and lemon meringue from the fresh Centennials, layered with the dank, stone fruit of Simcoe, the diesel notes of Nelson, and the explosive tropical passion fruit of Nectaron.

Champagne grape nose. Taste is peach, apricot, florals, and grassy dankness. Peppery mouthfeel. Juicy rind, and resin bitterness. Interesting, to say the least.
