Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces very nicely.
S: Red berries, juicy tropical and stone fruit, lively ripe citrus, resinous, a touch grassy, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Ripe tropical and stone fruit, white peach, pineapple, raspberry, mango, passion fruit, apricot, and a hint of lychee, juicy citrus, orange/tangerine, grapefruit, lime, and lemon, a resinous, grassy, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: This one is crazy good. I can't say I've ever had a beer where the red berry notes from NZ Cascade came out so strong, and they play beautifully with the Citra and Galaxy. Well balanced, super unique, super memorable.
