Gooseberry Garden is where the wild New Zealand garden meets the uncanny. Bright gooseberry, white grape, and lime leaf leap from the glass like sunlight through twisted bines, while Riwaka and Manilita add a green snap and herbaceous bite. Nectaron and Peacharine SubZero Hop Kief drape the palate with ripe peach, nectarine, and tropical stone fruit, like secret treasures hidden among tangled stems. A clean, crisp bitterness carries through, echoing mineral-rich soil and cool alpine air. Lush, eerie, and impossibly drinkable—Gooseberry Garden is alive with hop energy, yet haunted by the wild beauty of the land.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Green grassy resinous hit up front, followed by lively citrus and a mix of ripe exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, slightly bready biscuity malt, and a little little caramel sweetness.
T: Bright citrus, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, and tangerine, green grassy resinous notes, exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, mango, passion fruit, peach, gooseberry, pineapple, apricot, grape, and a hint of raspberry, biscuity slightly bready malt, and a little caramel sweetness, with a fairly dry finish.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp.
O: This might be one of the coolest hop combos I've seen, really showing off the latest and greatest from New Zealand. Given the name I was expecting to see Nelson included, but honestly it doesn't need it. The Riwaka provides some nice depth breaking up all the fruity notes and helps keep things crisp. This is a "Wow" beer for sure.
