Collaboration with The Dank Drive

Dive headfirst into a tidal wave of lupulin. Resin Sink is a no-holds-barred West Coast IPA built to flood your palate with sticky, pine-soaked intensity and bright, punchy aromatics.

A heavy-handed blend of Mosaic, Nelson, Simcoe, and Dank Dive Columbus Cryo hops (thanks to Luke and Niko for the special delivery)— unleashes waves of purple runtz, doug fir, ripe mango, and zesty citrus peel. Beneath the aromatics lies a lean + clean malt backbone that lets the hops run wild while keeping the finish crisp and dry.
Expect a bold bitterness that lingers just long enough to remind you: this is West Coast through and through. Clear, bright, and beautifully resinous.

Plug the drain. Let it sink in.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass

A: Pours faintly hazy golden straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.

S: Bright citrus, resinous pine, exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, a touch grassy floral hints, crackery biscuity malt, and light caramel honey sweetness.

T: Resinous spicy pine, quickly followed by bright citrus zest, lemon lime and grapefruit, underlying exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, white grape, pineapple, mango gooseberry, apricot, white peach, blueberry, and passion fruit, a touch grassy and herbal, floral hints, crackery biscuity malt, and light caramel honey sweetness.

M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation.

O: Don't let the lighter color fool you, this one is absolutely packed with flavor from a great hop combo. After you're greeted with pine the fruity citrusy side really comes out, especially as it warms. Really well done modern Westy that really hits the spot on a warm day after busting hump in the yard. I hope this one stays in the rotation.
