Light golden color with a very thick head with great retention.
Aroma with notes of Lager yeast and lemon sourness.
Flavor with notes of cabbage, lager yeast, apples, lemon and cereals. Dry aftertaste with a low bitterness.
Light to watery body with appropriate carbonation.
This felt too bland, lacking personality. Though they may have done a local barbecue beer and mistake by naming it an American Hop Lager.
