From the 16.9 fl oz bottle in a snifter. This monster pours a coal black with
a nice head of brown foam that settles to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and
sports some nice lacing. Nose of toasted marshmallow, dark chocolate, char, roast,
vanilla, and cream. Flavors surpass the nose with marshmallow, char, brulee, dark berry hints
of blueberry and blackberry, dark coffee nuances, and deeply roasted goodness amid loads of
bakers cocoa. Mouth feel is medium full tilting towards full, smooth, slick, coating, light
carbonation, and a nice bitter malt finish.
Overall, a fantastic little brew from a great new brewery

Look - Black and thick with nice tan rimming and lacing.
Smell and Taste - so much toasted marshmallow followed by chocolate.
Feel - medium body with a lighter carb.
