An imperial pastry stout brewed with a variety of chocolate malts, caramel malts, oats and lactose, Tilberi is a sweet pastry stout that lays a perfect base for the most delicious adjuncts. The first rendition was conditioned on Tanzania vanilla beans, whole coffee beans from Anderson’s own Luckman Coffee and a dash of caramel.

Had on tap. Lighter black opaque body with a finger of light brown foam, dotted lacing. Smells like a caramel latte with chocolate and malt. Taste is more in waves than a cohesive whole: coffee first, baker's chocolate next, then caramel and vanilla. Leans sweeter but tempered enough that the sweetness doesn't run away with it, smooth and lighter body
