Base beer barreled at Cycle Brewing in St. Pete, Florida. Adjuncted and packaged at Wandering Monsters Brewing in Cincinnati, Ohio.

This variation is conditioned on marshmallows, chocolate and a little bit of toasted pecans.

Thick black with a nice-looking mocha-colored ring. Very chocolatey aroma at first blush. Vanilla and marshmallows give away the dessert vision here. Tastewise, it follows. It's deep and rich with sweetness. Full-body, as one should expect, syrupy, sweet in finish, but very moderate in carbonation. The chocolate is the strongest part, followed by the marshmallows and vanilla. Thinking there is an undercurrent of pecans as well. Present but well-moderated bourbon edge throughout.

Look - Black and thick with a nice rimming
Smell and Taste - chocolate and nuts with some bourbon
Feel - Full body slight syrup might light carb
Overall - pretty nice
