Look - Pours a super dark brown/black color with almost no head that immediately disappears. Thin brown lacing when swirled.
Smell - Chocolate fudge with peanuts.
Taste - Chocolate fudge and light bourbon. I'm not tasting the peanuts, but that doesn't impact my score.
Feel - A nicely creamy stout, which feels nice at 13.3%ABV. I notice a slight bitterness to it.
Overall - A decent stout.

So my refrigerator is not working and I popped this into the still-functional freezer... a bit too long. It's a bit too chilly at the moment, so we will be seeing how it goes as it warms.
The look, right off the bat, is a thick, sludgy stout. It's inert motor oil. No head, no bubbles, nothing. The chocolate is very apparent. It's fudgy chocolate sauce with something extra, which must be the peanuts. The taste is about what you would expect. This isn't a complicated list of adjuncts, so it's not as complicated as one might expect. It's very fudgey with peanuts (not PB) on top. Pretty slick and a little creamy. Warming. Solid body with a touch of bitterness from the baking chocolate and roasted malts. Alcoholic, given the everpresent barrel taste.
