The second beer in a rotational series of IPAs where we try out new ingredients, methods, and hop combinations in pursuit of making some damn good IPAs. In this batch we played around with our water profile, as well as the use of Cryo hops for the first time.
This Hazy IPA was brewed with Mosaic Cryo, Citra, and a touch of Galaxy hops. We double dry hopped with the Mosaic Cryo and Citra; once in the fermenter and once in the brite tank.
With the big aroma of Citrus and Berry that then leads into the slight sweet, dank and fruity flavor with a slightly bitter finish.

Gently though uniformly hazy orange with a tall, dense off-white foam head.
Fruity papaya and mango meet a little pithy cologne while coming shy of resin, pine or anything too punchy.
Its fine carbonation nears fluffy within a pleasant medium body. The semi-dry, tingly finish has a hint of toasted biscuit.
An enjoyable quaffer indeed.
