No freshness date(overwritten with marker). Presentation is off style with its dark brown beercolor. Quiet clear but last 20% have big particles shurly not just yeast. Good and lasting thick head leaving laces. Nose is mostly blackcurrant and very spiced( peppery) overal. Litle sournote, some caramellic malts and probably candy but mostly blaccurant and elder.
Taste is litle sour, blackcurrant, litle tard and medical, good carramelic maltyness, peppered a good body.
Good mouthfeel, spiced, right carbonisation and not overdone in any taste. Well drinkable beer but quiet off style IMO. Don't think it had the 8.0% listed also.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
