Appearance: Black hues murky brown brew, ok lace off of a tan head.
Smell: Brown sugar, burnt raisins, soft charcoal and perfumey phenols in the nose.
Taste: Lots of malt sweetness and dark sugars on the palate. The big peppery phenolic character helps to balance. Light molasses, dark fruit and a breadiness show the size of the brew. After the sweetness subsides the peppery bitter phenol flavour lingers into the finish.
Mouthfeel: Very smooth and a little creamy. Full bodied almost syrupy on the first sip.
Drinkability & Notes: Dark and inviting, lots going on as far as flavour goes. A bittersweet brew that is more of a test to see if how much you taste buds can handle.

It has a muddy brown colour, very turbid, with an abundant bottom of yeast. Smeel sweet, taste full and sweet, a little toasted.
It is a little too unbalanced toward the sweet (honey).
