This is my favorite beer from this establishment. This is an excellent saison. Poured from tap into a tulip glass. Bright yellow color with great white head and curtain lacing. Bright floral and herbal smell and taste. ,Eminem’s and white pepper smell and taste. Also had the brett version and it was even better. Excellent beer!
