We call this beer an English Pub Ale, because the "Bitter" in the name is misleading . . . biscuit and toast malt flavors with a subtle toffee & chocolate in the background. The hops are herbal and earthy with a moderate bitterness to balance the maltiness, give a nice dry finish. The Nitro gives the smooth mouthfeel often associated with a traditional cask ale. Cheers!
