A very nice house beer brewed exclusivly for Paddy's Pub in Gananoque Ont. by Lakes of Muskoka Cottage Brewery.
This lager poured a deep golden hue with a two fingered crown which slowly disapated to a large island lace with glass ring and extensive glass cling.
Nose is a touch of yeast.
Taste is very well balanced starting with a mild malty sweetness and finishing towards the hops.
There is no lingering aftertaste to this brew.
The body was a medium/full and the carbonation limited.
A very nice expierience.
