Saison with some brett, brewed exclusively for La Carnita. This restaurant has 10 taps and carries serveral Muskoka beers. A collaboration was an extension of their relationship since they opened two years ago. The beer is better as it warms, a little head on dark yellow. A tad of funk in the saison yeast aroma. A middling mouthfeel, with pepper and coriander. Good summer drinkability, and goes well with Mexican food.
