Appearance - Pours a straw gold with four fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - earthy, leafy,piney, hint of citrus, and floral hops, pine resin, citrus and grapefruit peel, caramel, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy,leafy,piney, hint of citrus, and floral hops upfront. The pine resin, citrus and grapefruit peel, and caramel follow suit. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes slightly sticky with the hops lingering.
Overall - A sessionable lager from Muskoka. This is definitely a hopped up version of the lager style making it a quaffable tipple.
