Pours dark gold with a tinge of pink. Small head. Berry notes on the nose. The taste is sweet like a kolsch with strawberry and raspberry flavours in the background. Nicely carbonated with a dry aftertaste

I bought a can at the lcbo in Ontario 473ml at 5%.
poured a 1 to 2 finger head into glass good carbonation nice color .the smell was fresh of tropical fruits like an IPA beer it was smooth and delicious medium sweetness.
At Muskoka Brewery were always dreaming of new flavors and adventurous beer styles.
Our moonlight kettle series is passionately brewed every month by a trio of employees from across the brewery these small batch brews are for those who crave the trail less travelled.
it said that on the can .
it also said it was brewed by Dave Rebecca and Jayden.
good job
overall a very refreshing and enjoyable dry hopped Kolsch with Hibiscus I guess that's what gives it that sweetness.
cheers

473 ml can served cool into a chalice. LCBO purchase for $3.50 CDN.
Appearance - Clear rose colored beer with a finger of white head. Some streaky lacing left behind.
Smell - Hibiscus, rose, some leafy hops. General graininess.
Taste - Similar to the nose, some graininess up front, some hibiscus and leafy hops in behind. Lager-esque with hibsiscus.
Mouthfeel - Medium-light bodied, crisp carbonation and lots of bubbles.
Overall - Interesting little Kolsch, good flavors, refreshing. Not something I'd go back to regularly once in a while a nice treat

473 mL can from the LCBO; best before Aug 25 2021 and served slightly chilled.
Pours a clear orange-amber colour, producing nearly an inch of foamy, bone white head that retreats steadily. Within three minutes or so, it has been reduced to a frothy collar of suds surrounding a filmy cap, also leaving an arcing band of sticky lacing in its wake. Looks great to me, and I can definitely make out some floral hibiscus notes on the nose, as well as hints of grainy pale malts, wheat husks, berries and grassiness. The hibiscus tips the scales somewhat, but it does smell at least a little bit like a German lager.
The hibiscus lends a fruity, vaguely berry or orchard fruit-like flavour to the profile, with flowers and wheaty, bready pale malt sweetness also figuring in strongly; maybe even a hint of honeydew or watermelon mixed in there. Finishes with more hibiscus, graininess and a touch of grassy, floral bitterness, with hibiscus lingering briefly into the aftertaste. Light in body, with average carbonation that lends a little bit of crispness to its texture; feels smooth and quite satisfying to gulp back. I could drink a couple of these in a row, I think.
Final Grade: 3.77, a solid B+. I don't know if I'd single Chance of Flowers out specifically as a 'good' kölsch... but as far as hibiscus beers go, I think Muskoka has actually done very well here. While hibiscus is certainly a primary facet of the beer's flavour profile and aroma, it's not necessarily the main focus - rather its floral/berry-like flavours blend together nicely with the base lagered ale, as well as the fruity Mistral hop flavours. Fans of hibiscus in their beer will definitely want to try this one, and I'd give it a thumbs up for BAs in general - it's worth a look, at least.
