Pours orangey gold with a bubbly, smallish head. Lemon, mango, caramel malts in the nose. The taste is citrusy with lots of white grapefruit, lemon, lime flavors, along with pineapple, floral, peach notes. Doughy, roasty malts in there too. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with full carbonation. Medium bitterness and residual maltiness in the long finish.
A nice, malty IPA. Tropical but not immensely so, with a solid malt profile. Worth a try.

473 mL can from the LCBO; 'freshest by' Oct 1 2021 and served slightly chilled. I was expecting to see some kind of fruit or flavouring in the ingredients list, but the 'tropical' aspects of this IPA are apparently entirely hop-derived... as they should be.
Pours a turbid pale golden-yellow colour, generating one finger of frothy, foamy white head that recedes within two or three minutes' time. A snaking band of sticky, messy lacing has been imprinted onto the glass, with a frothy collar and filmy, sudsy cap also surviving - looks like an NEIPA to me, and a fairly attractive one at that. It smells of passion fruit, grapefruit, lemon and grassy, floral hops, with hints of pineapple, stone fruit and mango.
Fruity, hoppy flavour profile with relatively low perceived bitterness, at least for the style. Wheaty pale malts come through underneath notes of apricot, grapefruit and melon, with hints of mango and passion fruit preceding a pithy, mildly fruity finish that doesn't strike me as particularly juicy or tropical. Hints of melon and grassy, floral hops linger briefly into the aftertaste. Medium in body, with middling carbonation levels that provide a bit of bite to this brew's otherwise slick, smooth mouthfeel. Finishing one can is easy enough, but I don't see why I should bother with another.
Final Grade: 3.62, a passable B grade. Muskoka's Seanic Route leaves something to be desired. Allow me to elaborate - this is not an unappealing beer, but if you're going to call your beer a 'tropical IPA' then you really need to deliver on the tropical flavours - and if the hop bill is the only source of those flavours, you'd better not half-ass it. This one just doesn't strike me as especially 'tropical' - more like a generic, forgettable hazy pale ale that I am not in a hurry to return to. I'd still say it's worth trying once while it's fresh, but don't bother going out of your way to look for it.

473ml can served cold into a tulip. LCBO purchase for around $3.75 CDN. Freshest by October 10, 2021.
Appearance - Very hazy golden brew with a finger or so of white cap. No lacing and the head recedes fast. A touch of spotty lacing at the edges of the glass.
Smell - Tropical indeed, some mango and melon and cantaloupe mostly, possibly papaya and just a hint of grapefruit. Subdued nose on the whole.
Taste - Somewhat juicy and moderately sweet, papaya, mango and cantaloupe most prominent with some general grapefruit and lemon bitterness. I wouldn't suggest that this is particularly tropical.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, a bit oily and slick. Carbonation is appropriate.
Overall - Not a bad IPA, but not a standout in anyway. Worth a tipple but had slightly higher expectations from Muskoka on this one.

Pours opaque gold colour with a thick foamy head that leaves a nice soapiness on my glass. Bitter and citrus on the nose. Pineapple guava passionfruit hints with the hops complete the taste. Strong hoppy aftertaste
