A- This beer pours a yellow dominant golden color with plenty of chill haze in it....not enough to not be able to see through but it isn't clear by any means....some suspended particulate is floating around in the liquid as well. The head is just slightly off white and it starts about two fingers in thickness, and slowly settles to a thick layer that is a mix of froth and soapy, but it just sits, which is nice to see. The carbonation appears to be somewhat subtle and the lacing is modestly sticky, with some wisps sticking to the inside of the glass. Overall not a bad looking Kolsch!
S- There are subtle peach and other assorted orchard fruit aromas about it, namely peach, pear, and red apple varieties. Underlying smells of caramel sweet malt, biscuit like dryness, yeast, some floral notes and a finish that is clean and of muted hop bitterness, alongside a second wind of fruitiness. Nice....
T- The peach flavors are quite mild, however they bring a softness to the general sharpness of a Kolsch.....there are bready notes that remind me of a rye bread in terms of dryness, some muted floral petal, dry clean barley grains, and a finish that is quite curt....it just happens and then a lingering hop bitterness, much like a powdered leaf encompasses the palate and hits the sides of the tongue....nothing overpowering but it is definitely there. A good tasting brew!
M/O- The mouthfeel is light in general, with a leaning towards medium body, and the carbonation is soft, yet plentiful. I would have more than one of these in a sitting and find the alcohol to be very well hidden. I would dare pair this with a spicy dish, as I think there is enough acidity/bitterness to cut through and cleanse. Try this one for sure if given the chance!

Pours light bronze with a bit of haze and a compact, frothy head. The aroma is of bread dough, barley grains, peach, leafy hops. The taste is malty with a grainy, bready element. Subtle peach followed by light citrus, herbal hops in there too. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with light carbonation. The finish is lightly bitter but dry with lingering peach and pale malt notes.
A nice light ale with fruit. The peach flavor is very natural and not too overpowering. Worth a try for a summer crusher.

473 ml can served cold into a tulip, LCBO purchase.
Appearance - Semi hazy orangey gold in color. A finger plus of sparkling white head rests on top and stays for most of the beer.
Smell - Light grainy notes, some peach and honey sweetness. Medium intensity and more thna many of kolsch, especially on the fruit aspect.
Taste - Mostly grainy, some peach and honey sweetess, no vinous notes
Mouthfeel - Pretty light in body, sufficiently expressive carbonation. Mild finish.
Overall - Solid enough brew, with a nice little kiss of peach. It's no world beater, but Peach of Mind is an enjoyable enough brew on a warm spring day, I'm sure it will sell well over the summer months.

Pours a nice clear gold colour, with a small, quickly dispersing head. I just get a starchy smell. I get the usual sweetness as a kolsch, but also some peach juice added. The amount I feel is about right to keep it being a beer, not a cooler. Thinner on the mouthfeel, but that’s ok for a summertime beer

473 mL can from the LCBO, one of six included in their latest Survival Pack; best before Aug 15 2022 and served barely chilled. Muskoka had a seasonal peach kölsch that I haven't seen in a few years, so my gut instinct is that this is either a straight up re-labelling, or a tweaked recipe.
Pours a mostly clear golden-yellow hue, capped with one finger of soapy, foamy white head that collapses within a couple of minutes. A modest smattering of stringy lace is flung about in its wake, also leaving behind a tight collar and some wisps on the surface. Light peach on the nose, with additional notes of grainy pale malts, wheaty bread and faint grassiness.
The taste isn't far off from the nose - the peach is noticeable, but not really a pivotal aspect of the flavour profile. I'm getting wheaty, grainy malts and cereal sweetness, hints of clementine, and then some earthy, grassy, slightly herbal hop bitterness on the back end; lingering suggestions of peach flesh, gritty grain and herbal hops linger briefly into the aftertaste before fading. Light in body, with moderately lively carbonation that gives a nice, crisp, prickly mouthfeel to this kölsch; feels smooth on the palate, with very good drinkability.
Final Grade: 3.73, a B grade. I wouldn't call Muskoka's Peach of Mind significantly better (or worse) than their old Kirby's Kölsch - and that's not meant to be snarky, as KK was a perfectly drinkable beer. I'm just thinking that if their last peach kölsch didn't take off and become a hit, I doubt this one will - why not try something new instead? Not the best beer in this mixed pack... I'd take it over the light lager or craft lager, sure, but I don't see myself returning all that often.
