Uninspired appearance. Pours very short-lived head. Clear red amber hue. A very slight bite from carbonation. A pleasant hint of graininess which kind of surprised me for rice. Flowery note of hibiscus dominates the finish. Comfortable to drink, but not memorable.

473 mL can from the LCBO; best before Oct 19 2022 and served slightly chilled. The second entry in Muskoka's Big World, Small Batch series, this is a collaboration with Amazing Brewing Co.
Pours a foggy golden-orange colour with a slight reddish tinge; situated atop is an inch of puffy, foamy white head that seeps off within two or three minutes' time. A tight collar is the only survivor worth mentioning, with minimal lace deposition. Pale malts, cereal grains and rice on the nose, with hints of hibiscus flowers and berries - clean aroma, not bad so far.
Comes off as a relatively neutral-tasting rice lager infused with hibiscus tea. Subtle hibiscus flower and raspberries, overlapping with grainy cereal malts and rice sweetness. Hibiscus tea on the back end, with hints of rice grain lingering into a slightly fruity tisane-like aftertaste that trends dry. Light in body, with moderate carbonation that lends some prickliness to this brew's smooth, satisfying mouthfeel. Crisp and drinkable, but I'm not sure about sessionability, as I only enjoy hibiscus in small doses.
Final Grade: 3.73, on the high end of a B grade. Now here's a style that has always been hard to find in Ontario: craft-brewed rice lagers are not exactly commonplace, and there aren't a whole lot of industrial rice lagers to select from, either - really, Asahi and Sapporo are the only ones that come to mind. Greetings From South Korea is a good lager, but it largely hinges on the hibiscus, as the rice itself doesn't impart much in the way of interesting flavours. I'll probably grab a few more cans before it disappears.

I picked up a can today at the LCBO in Ontario 473ml at 4.5%.in Collaboration with Amazing Brewing Co. Brewed at Muskoka brewery.
Poured into glass with 1 finger head that quickly went away
Red color the smell was almost like a perfume to me . Tea flavors maybe like a champagne style beer
Light red rice beer
It was ok .
Cheers
