Pours a clear golden amber with plenty of foam in the Troubadour tulip. Clean and malty, with the lime adding the right tangy note. It's even a little sweet but so nicely balanced. Mouthfeel is crisp and sprightly as expected. Aroma is lime-scented. Flavors of honeydew melon along with the hint of citrus. Just slightly bitter in the aftertaste. Overall this is the best of the many "Mexican Lager" brews we've seen the last couple of years. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bridge & Tunnel in Astoria. Dated 10/14/2025.
