16oz can served in a tulip. Pours a lovely, translucent honey-gold hue with a tight, fluffy, three-finger, bright wide head embedded with ringlets. Nose expresses notes of bubblegum, citrus and a light floral quality. Taste follows nose; however, citrus cuts through the flavor profile and finishes with notes of yeast and crackery malts. Mouthfeel is light and bright with a mild astringency and a carbonation just shy of assertive. Overall, light and quaffable with a fair amount of complexity.
